• First session will be Sunday, May 5th. The following dates are May 12, 26 & June 2, 9, 16

• Training will be at Westwood field in Thickwood

• U5 from 1:30pm-2:15pm
  U7 & U9 from 1:30pm-2:30pm

Juniors (ages 10-13 years old)
U11- $174
U13- $213

• First session will be May 1st

• Training will be at Westwood field in Thickwwod

• Mouth guard is required

• U11 & U13 from 4:00pm-5:30pm

Juniors (ages 14-18 years old)
U15- $250.05
U16- $250.05
U18- $250.05

• First training session will be May 1st

• Training will be at Westwood field

• Mouth guard is required

• U15 & U18 from 5:30pm-7:30pm

*Parents before you can register with Sportlomo, you must complete the mandatory 'Respect in Sports' module

Communication

We use an app called 'TeamSnap' as the main method of communication. We will be sending out invites using the email you registered with. Please ensure that we have the correct email.

Mini Rugby
(ages 4 - 9 years old)

No Experience Necessary

This program is an introduction to rugby. Kids will learn the basic skills such as catching, passing, running with a rugby ball.

Equipment needed: running shoes or soccer cleats (optional), athletic clothing & water bottle

Junior Rugby
(ages 10-18 years old)

No Experience Necessary

Juniors will continue to work on skills such as passing, catching and running with the ball. Juniors will now be introduced to contact in a safe and controlled environment.
